Ts125 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the ts125 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, or using the ts125 website and app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ts125 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the ts125 platform ("Company"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use ts125 services.
- Your use of this platform is subject to the laws applicable in your country of residence.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To use ts125 services, you are required to register and create a personal account. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- All activities carried out through your account are solely your responsibility.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ts125 support team immediately.
Account Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. ts125 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in withdrawal processing being suspended or your account being closed.
General User Responsibilities
- Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or manipulation.
- The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities must be reported to ts125 and not used for personal gain.
- Users are prohibited from spreading false or misleading information about ts125 to any third party.
3. Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the ts125 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ts125 supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX and digital wallets such as TNG eWallet.
Deposit
- The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
- Deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes after payment is successfully confirmed.
- Ts125 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or digital wallet providers.
- All deposits must originate from an account registered under the user's own name.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days upon completion of identity verification (KYC).
- The minimum withdrawal is RM20 to an eWallet and RM30 to a bank account.
- Ts125 reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity or unmet terms and conditions.
- Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by ts125 are subject to their respective terms of use as stated at the time of the offer. Rollover requirements, validity periods, and eligibility criteria will be clearly specified. ts125 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraud or abuse of the system.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Liability Limits
Ts125 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:
- Service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control.
- Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
- Damages arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
- Content or information provided by third parties through links found on the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ts125 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Holding multiple accounts or providing false information during registration.
- Misuse of the promotional system or exploitation of technical errors.
- Requests from relevant authorities.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, ts125 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance depending on the circumstances and individual case assessment.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the ts125 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the property of ts125 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without explicit written permission from ts125.
Third-Party Links
The ts125 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and ts125 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. ts125 is not responsible for any content, services, or consequences arising from the use of third-party websites.
Changes to Terms
Ts125 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the ts125 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
